Visual Analytics for Astronomy (VA²) team focuses on visualizations of various astronomical observations through collaboration with astronomers at Hiroshima Astrophysical Science Center, Kyoto University, and National Astronomical Observatory of Japan. Many telescopes and astronomical satellites observe celestial objects, such as stars, galaxies, supernova, etc, to demystify their origin and evolution. Visualizations for astronomical datasets play a significant role to allow astronomers to efficiently explore and understand the datasets.
