Self-introduction

Since I was a child, I have loved Disney movies and been interested in computer graphics. This interest led me to join Fujishiro Laboratory, where I am currently working on a visual simulation method to approximate the internal structure of opals by 3D Voronoi tessellation.

I am interested in modeling complex and beautiful phenomena created by colloids, such as opals and magnetic fluids, and creating visually realistic simulation results. Through my research in computer graphics, I aim to contribute to society in fields such as education, jewelry, and imaging.

In my free time, I enjoy following Nogizaka46’s works.

I strive to comprehend computer graphics technologies at the implementation level and consciously perform implementations of papers from scratch that interest me. For my research, I utilize a custom-built renderer that is capable of conducting spectral rendering via CUDA.

Listed below are several techniques that we have recently implemented, along with their corresponding results:

Rendering Bezier surfaces and computing anisotropic GGX
Upsampling textures from RGB color space to spectral space
Fluid simulation using SPH

Thank you for reading! I am excited for the opportunity to work with you 🙂
