The 2021 Executive Summary of IEEE Area Curation Committee (ACC) was published on the IEEE VIS 2021 page. Prof. Fujishiro acted as a member of the ACC. The ACC performed visual analysis of actual datasets for VIS 2021 paper submission and reviews to evaluate the adequacy of the IEEE VIS Area Model and its keyword hierarchy with a few suggestions for future improvements.
